Louise joined the Resolution Foundation in December 2021, and her work focuses on the labour market, youth employment, and disability and health. Previously she spent three years working at Policy in Practice where she focused on welfare policy. Louise has a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Oxford.
