Sheldon is a member of the Tax team within the Regulation directorate with responsibility for Life Insurance and Operational Tax, Life Tax and International Tax.
He joined the ABI in January 2022 from the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) where he led their work on Domestic and Employment Taxation. He also worked on Corporate Tax Compliance and Advisory for both SME and Large Companies at Beavis Morgan and RSM.
Sheldon started his career at RSM having received a BA in Business Economics from Reading University. He is also ATT exam qualified and a member of both the Association of Tax Technicians and Chartered Institute of Taxation.
