This session will cover the recent updates to the UK Corporate Governance Code, following on from the financial reporting council’s (FRC) consultation on code revisions in 2023. Good corporate governance is crucial in creating an environment of trust, transparency, and accountability all of which support the integrity of reported information, financial or otherwise.  Attendees will have the opportunity to gain valuable insights from the FRC on this topic.
