Rachel is an Ombudsman Leader at the Financial Ombudsman Service and a head of practice for insurance. She leads teams of ombudsmen and investigators working insurance complaints. She has been at the Ombudsman Service for 9 years and over this time led on insurance and mortgages. Rachel previously worked across the Civil Service in a range of policy and strategy roles in the Home Office, Department for Education and Department for Work and Pensions.
