Alexa heads up the financial services team at Opinium, a market research and insight agency based in London, Amsterdam, and New York. She has nearly 20 years agency side experience working across the financial services category reaching both consumer and business audiences, to help shape brand and communication strategies, evaluate market trends and increase the strategic responsiveness of organisations. She manages accounts for a number of large financial providers including Fidelity, JUST, Canada Life as well as the FCA, working with clients to understand consumer behaviour and attitudes towards financial services and how finances impact upon consumer’s everyday lives.
