Craig Tracey is the Conservative MP for North Warwickshire and was first elected in 2015. He is currently a Vice-Chair of the Conservative Party and the Chair of the Insurance and Financial Services All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG). Before becoming an MP, Craig worked in insurance as a broker and he has been actively engaged on priority issues for the industry, particularly on the Financial Services and Markets Act, cladding, flooding, motor insurance and automated vehicles as well as Personal Injury Discount Rate reform and the industry’s campaign for a cut in Insurance Premium Tax. Most recently the ABI held a motor insurance drop-in session with Craig and the APPG. He is a key parliamentary stakeholder for the industry and wider advocate for the sector.
