Natalie is responsible for ensuring that all members understand the value of their membership and works closely with colleagues across the organisation to ensure this value is delivered. Through regular meetings, Natalie is working to establish member engagement and ensure the ABI's work is embedded within member organisations.
Prior to joining the ABI, Natalie held a number of sales and membership roles, most recently at TheCityUK.
