Highly skilled in strengths-based thinking, she brings 20+ years' experience in embedding high performance team dynamics within senior teams and creating the conditions for high team and individual performance.
She is a specialist in applying business and psychological principles to the design and delivery of impactful team, leadership and development interventions within the Insurance, Legal, Global Consumer and Not-For-Profit Sectors, focusing on high potential talent up to C-suite level. Most recently one of her leadership programmes was a finalist in the 2023 British Insurance Awards.
