Event Terms and Conditions

1.Delegates will receive an email confirmation for all registrations completed on the website. This will go to the address specified on the registration form.

2.Delegate places are transferable but the name of the alternative attendee must be advised, in writing, to [email protected] prior to the event.

3.Cancellations received 4 weeks before the event will receive a full refund (less administration fee, see below). All cancellations must be received in writing and will be deemed to take effect from the date when received by the ABI, subject to an administration charge of £30.00 + vat per delegate. Cancellations received after 4 weeks before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

4.The ABI may contact you with details of future ABI events, newsletters and circulars. In addition, if you indicated in your data preferences to allow the ABI to give your contact details (full name, job title, company name, email and telephone numbers) to our chosen partners for this event, the ABI may provide those details to those carefully chosen partners, who may (or companies within their group may) contact you by telephone and/or email only in order to inform you about their products and services, or to share information of common interest (but they will not forward your details to any other organisation or for any other purpose without your consent).
