Andrew advises insurers on emerging issues affecting claims. This includes advice on motor coverage and policy wordings, focusing on emerging technologies and the gig and sharing economies.
Andrew provides horizon scanning briefings to key clients, covering the range of PESTEL risks. He has been integral to developing DACB’s position on automated vehicles, climate change and infrastructure challenges and responses to Government consultations. He has advised on implementation of AEVA and on related coverage and wording issues.
Andrew joined the Civil Justice Council in 2014 and is now on their group on the Future of Justice in a Technological Age.
