The ABI's diversity summit will coincide with Black History Month, and will explore how we can improve ethnic diversity in the insurance and long-term savings sector.
As organisations reflect on issues highlighted by the Black Lives Matter movement, this event will consider what members are already doing in this space and explore what more can be done in terms of recruitment, but also retention and creating inclusive cultures, It will touch on the importance of employee engagement, networks and the use of data to monitor progress over time.
