Emma Phillips

Emma leads the ABI HR team and is responsible for working with the Executive Team to shape and drive people strategy. She has a broad remit and is accountable for overseeing all aspects of the employment relationship and delivering initiatives to drive an inclusive and effective working culture at the ABI. 

Emma joined the ABI in 2013 as HR Adviser and has successfully grown her career here, being appointed to the Head of HR role in March 2015. Prior to joining the ABI Emma worked in the retail sector, initially at Boots UK in Nottingham and then with Oasis Fashions in London supporting these businesses in a generalist HR capacity.
