Miranda leads the ABI’s diversity and inclusion work. Managing the strategy and delivery of the ABI’s advocacy and leading member engagement on the issue. Prior to this, she delivered Helping Britain Thrive, a campaign that reinvented how the ABI talked about the role of insurance and long-term savings in the UK economy.
Miranda brought a wealth of communications and campaigns experience to the ABI. In her role as Consumer Affairs Manager at Barclays, she managed the banks relationships with consumer advocacy groups and initiated Barclays response to social policy changes such as the roll out of Universal Credit. Prior to this, Miranda spent 5 years in the campaigns and media teams at Which?, Europe’s largest consumer organisation.
