Reuben Overmark

Policy Adviser, Retirement & Savings Policy

Reuben is a Policy Adviser and member of Retirement & Savings Policy. He is responsible for issues relating to tax relief, automatic enrolment, self-employed, master trusts, with-profits, and vulnerable customers.

He joined the ABI in 2018 from the Engineering Construction Industry Training Board, an arm’s length body of the Government, where he was responsible for policy development, engagement and managing the organisations research projects. Has previously worked in politics and policy-making in the US, including on President Obama’s 2012 campaign and in the US Senate.

Reuben has a BA in Economics from the University of Sussex and a MA in Politics from the University of Manchester.
